Registration Process

Hello Spartan Athletes and Parents,

Welcome to another exciting year of athletics at Scottsdale Prep! To ensure a smooth registration process for your chosen sport, please follow these two main tasks for each season:

1. Registration on the Portal:

• Start by visiting the Registration Portal.
• If you require AIA Physical forms, they are available above for your convenience.
• When uploading your physical to the registration portal, ensure that all pages are entirely filled out, signed, and compiled into a single document. Physicals must have been completed by a doctor after March 1st 2026.
• High school students should also complete the AIA Brainbook, Opioid Education and Hazing Courses and upload the certificates that can be found here.
• Finally, don’t forget to sign off on the Athletic Handbook.

2. Payment on the Payment Portal:

• Once you’ve completed the registration process, please proceed to the Payment Portal to make the necessary payment for your chosen sport.

If your child has already participated in the fall season or has completed the registration portal previously within the school year, you will only need to make payment for subsequent seasons. Payment serves as confirmation of your intent to participate in that sport during the upcoming season.
